Role & responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to address their needs and concerns.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and expand presence in the SMB sector.
Collaboration & Independence: Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet potential clients and explore new markets.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and client satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with a proven track record of acquiring clients and achieving sales targets.
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed.
A personal vehicle and laptop are required for this role.
