Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schools, teachers and parents to explain Spellbee International programs.
• Handel inbound inquiries and provide necessary information regarding competitions, courses and registration.
• Persuade and convince potential participants to enroll in Spellbee International Programs.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and escalate issues if necessary.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve services.

Preferred candidate profile

• The ideal candidate for this role should have strong English Communication both Verbal and Written
