Job Title: Operations HR Intern (Male Only)

Education Required: MBA in HR

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Job Description:

- Assist in daily HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll processing.

- Support in maintaining employee records and handling employee queries.

- Coordinate performance appraisals and assist in training initiatives.

- Implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- Assist in employee engagement activities and retention strategies.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Preference: Male candidates will be preferred.
