Job Description
- To be part of Benefits and Compliance team under HR Operations
- Benefits and Compliance team manages medical insurance, Employee health check-up, Child care reimbursement, meal card facility etc. and statutory labor compliance such as EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, CLRA, Gratuity among others respectively.
- Prepare documents and reports in line with external and internal audit requirements
- Maintain monthly statutory reports on customer contract requirements
- Coordinate with employees to ensure labor statutory document submission on time
- Coordinate with Insurance vendors in delivery on quality service to all internal customers.
- Identify and suggest improvements in enhancing the employee experience with benefits and compliance team
- Support on any special projects and initiatives within the team and People Function
Work Experience
- MS office skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn and adapt
