Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated to join our Human Resource team as an HR Executive (Female Candidate). As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing all the human resource tasks and responsible for supervising human resource procedure and policies.

Profile- HR Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Working Experience: - Minimum 1.5 years.

Salary:- 18k - 20K.

Location :- Noida.

Our requirements & Responsibilities:-

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage job postings on internal and external platforms like- Linkedin, Naukri, Indeed & Apna portals.
• Conduct background checks and on boarding processes for new hires.

2. Employee Engagement and Relations

• Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns promptly.
• Organize team-building activities, events, and engagement programs.
• Promote an inclusive and collaborative work culture.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Handle leave management, and attendance tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
