Factory Manager - HVAC and allied Product

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. They will manage a team of workers and work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management i.e. HVAC and allied products
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
