Unit Head

Job description:

To Manage the entire Unit operations in a Flour mill, supervising all departments and ensuring they are working seamlessly and efficiently. Deliver on Unit profitability.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the Unit performance in terms of throughput by overseeing all operations at the unit including, Raw material, FG, Production, Inventory, Sales, Administration, Logistics, Manpower
• Oversee the buying of wheat
• Resolve issues and provide solutions to team
• Managing the broker/trader/customer/institution relations
• Ensure implementation of key systems and processes
• Ensure that MIS is prepared & reviewed
