Legal Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on real estate matters, including drafting agreements and documents.
  
• Handle litigations related to real estate disputes and negotiate settlements when necessary.
  
• Liaise with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Draft various types of legal documents such as deeds, contracts, and notices.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the real estate industry.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Expertise in Drafting Agreements, contracts deeds and other legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills for effective laison works with clients and stake holders.
• 10-20 years experience in a similar role or related field (real estate law).
