Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation, including drafting agreements, contracts, deeds, and other legal documents.
• Real estate law and RERA act knowledge is mandatory
• Kannada is mandatory
• Strong drafting skills are mandatory.
  
• Provide litigation support by reviewing cases, conducting research, and preparing reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations related to construction projects.
  
• Assist in document reviews for various purposes such as due diligence investigations.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on non-litigation matters like lease negotiations and property transactions.
