Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience in handling end to end legal and transactional support for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statement of Work (SOWs), Work Order, amendments & renewals there of , under the IT/ITeS Services Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), RFPs, Software License and SAAS agreements, procurement, and other inbound agreements.
• Coordinate, collaborate and work closely with internal business teams including Delivery, Finance, Accounts, Tax, etc. teams to assist with review of SOWs, Work Orders w.r.t scope, deliverables, commercials, SLAs etc in alignment with internal policies and project requirements, while identifying legal, financial, commercial, technical risks in the SOWs, Work Orders etc. for appropriate validation and approvals.
• Ability to develop, update & ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documents.
• Maintain organized contract databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily accessible. Assist in tracking contract expiration dates, renewal options, and other critical milestones.
• Strong contract modelling software skiils and experience in contract management with exposure and handling of contract life cycle management (CLM) tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, research oriented and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Robust skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Preferred candidate profile -Mandate

• Must be a LLB graduate.
• Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience into Corporate-Legal service.
• Should have hands on experience on SOW and End-to-End Contract Management.
• Should be able to join in 30-45 days.
• Should be open to WFO.
• Location-Mumbai.
