Manager-Legal

Job Description: To handle the following matters independently:

• Provide strategic legal counsel and serve as a legal and business advisor to the Company's management.
• Contract management, lead negotiations and actively participate as the first point of contact on legal issues (including but not limited to Agency, Distributor, Confidentiality, Tolling, Manufacturing, Transporter, CHA). Draft, review, and finalize various corporate contracts, agreements, legal documentation, and responses to letters and legal notices.
• Liaising with and providing legal advice to stakeholders such as Sales, HR, Commercial, Finance, Production and Factory Teams.
• Analyze legal implications of various issues, advise internal stakeholders and management, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Manage legal aspects, including due diligence, document review, identification, and resolution of operational and legal issues.
• Handle statutory compliance programs, formulate policies, internal guidelines, SOPs, and POSH Policies, and advise on compliance with internal policies, statutes, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaison with external advocates on appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings, represent the company in legal proceedings, and protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine legal issues related to new products and services, guide management on regulatory and compliance issues, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Manage al legal issues relating to the property of the Company and advise the management on appropriate steps.
