Contract management specialist (6 months contract)

Role & responsibilities

Job Description-

• Taking care of end-to-end contract management process
• Review and drafting of agreements, including NDAs, MSA, SOW, Amendments or any other agreements
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders on contract negotiations and bid-no-bid decision of RFPs.
• Providing extensive support to various stakeholders/departments globally in handling legal queries.
• Analyzing complex legal issues using critical thinking skills, leading to innovative solutions
• Conducted thorough quality checks on various internal compliance documents to ensure procedures meet quality standards and

regulatory requirements.

• Maintenance of contract repository & preparation of workflow tracker.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience of working in the IT industry
