Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement with PSU clients. This role requires a deep understanding of public sector landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting PSU clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in PSU organizations.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to PSU needs.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends affecting PSU partnerships.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing, specifically with PSU companies.
- Strong understanding of the public sector landscape and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
