Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.

• Stay updated on GST laws and regulations, implementing changes as needed.

TDS Management:

• Calculate, deduct, and remit TDS as per applicable regulations.

• Prepare and file TDS returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

• Respond to any queries from tax authorities regarding TDS.

Refund Process:

• Manage the entire refund process, including filing refund applications and supporting documentation.

• Liaise with tax authorities to resolve any issues related to refunds.

• Monitor and track the status of refund applications.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of all GST and TDS transactions.

• Prepare reports for management review on GST and TDS compliance and refund status.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information for accurate tax calculations and filings.

• Assist in internal audits related to GST and TDS compliance.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in GST and TDS management, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with accounting software and tax filing systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Certification in GST or relevant tax courses.

• Experience with refund processes and liaising with tax authorities.
