Job Overview: As the Marketing and Brand Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support the overall business objectives of Digient Technologies. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the iGaming industry and a strong understanding of B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Development:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the companys brand strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Foster a positive and memorable brand image in the iGaming industry.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling and engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the companys digital presence, including the website and social media channels.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Ensure the companys presence at events aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B marketing roles, preferably within the iGaming or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and messaging.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems.
