Marketing Manager (Performance)

Brief:

NIMS University, a leading educational institution in India, seeks a passionate and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive student enrolments, increase brand awareness, and foster engagement across various platforms. You will collaborate with multiple agencies and cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with the goals and objectives of numerous Schools and Campuses.

Duties Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (search, social media, display advertising, etc.) to achieve student enrolment and engagement goals.
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximise return on investment (ROI).
Utilise data analytics and performance metrics to optimise campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, website, call centre) to ensure seamless campaign execution and messaging consistency.
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and growth opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.

Qualification and Work Experience:

Full-time MBA from a recognised University specialising in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing.
8 to 10 years of experience in a marketing agency or with a brand in a performance marketing role.
Demonstrated success in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience working in a complex/matrix organisational structure is highly preferred.
Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.

Skills Abilities:

Soft Skills:

Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to analyse campaign performance data and identify trends.
Marketing Platforms: Proficient in using marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to streamline campaign management and reporting.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and Search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
Social Media Marketing: Expertise in developing and managing social media campaigns across various platforms.
Attribution Modelling: Understanding and applying marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Hard Skills:

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and agency partner teams to achieve common goals.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster a positive work environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
