Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end requirement process for onsite (UK/Europe/US Recruitment) and strategic roles from requirement gathering to closure
- Manage end-to-end hiring needs for onsite roles
- Collaborate closely with the sales team for timely fulfilment of onsite positions (permanent, Contact, and staffing/ technical and strategic).
- Conduct HR rounds for selected candidates before offer
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skill
- Must have a good know-how of the local norms pertaining to salary structures etc. and ensure adherence to them.
