We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Domestic Recruiter to oversee and lead the recruitment efforts for our domestic hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure we attract and retain top talent.


Position Overview:


As the Lead IT Domestic Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for domestic roles across various functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers and other HR team members to define hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and drive recruitment initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the domestic talent landscape and excellent leadership skills to guide a growing team of recruiters.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Recruitment Team: Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and ensure best practices are followed in all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top domestic talent across all functions (e.g., operations, sales, finance, IT).
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and timelines. Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to create compelling employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and continuously improve recruitment processes based on data insights.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback, maintaining communication, and creating a welcoming environment for new hires.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Stay current with relevant labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance with all recruitment and hiring procedures. Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Proven experience in domestic recruiting across various job functions and industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce planning tools.
  • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing.
