Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Onboard new customers, conduct platform trainings, and ensure readiness for projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins to review usage and satisfaction.
- Collect feedback to guide product and service improvements; collaborate with the Product team.
- Drive implementation of new products and ensure faster adoption and value realization.
- Communicate updates, mandates, and product changes; provide client training.
- Act as the escalation point for critical product issues and incidents.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree; MBA preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant customer success experience in IT-SaaS based platform/solutions, focusing on Enterprise/MM/SMB customers in US/Europe markets.
- FMCG or packaging industry experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 20
