The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives for Kubota Combine Harvesters and Advanced Agri Machinery. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, as well as a passion for the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans encompassing product launches, promotions, advertising, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Kubota brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials and channels.
- Digital Marketing: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for results.
- Event Management: Plan and execute successful industry events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including brochures, website copy, social media posts, videos, and press releases.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and inform marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
