Escorts Kubota - Manager - Finance (4-6 yrs)

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience with Listed Company in Financial reporting, GL profile

- Proficient in MS-Excel, ERP system (Oracle will be advantage)

- Monthly Closing - Ensure monthly closure as per the closing calendar - Monthly PL, BS, Cashflow, Variance analysis, other reports as per the management formats - Data preparation for Bank - Inventory, Debtors, Creditors, Borrowings etc.

- Quarterly closing - Preparation of quarterly financial results, segments, cash flow etc.

- Preparation of related party transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Preparation of Advance Tax, Provision for Tax - Preparation of data as per board requirements, including financial highlights, variance analysis, and other relevant information.

- Coordination with internal stakeholders, including management and external auditors, to ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly reports.

- Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements
