Position: Manager- Direct Tax.

Experience: 4-8 Years (Post CA).

Industry: Any (Listed Organization Mandatory).

Location: Faridabad.

Job Responsibility / Deliverables:

- Overall responsible for direct tax related compliances including advance tax, Tax Audit Annual Information Return, TP audits, ITR, Filing of various statutory forms & Returns.

- Advisory on DTAA/ withholding tax /Form 15CA/CB, TP, PE, SEP, Corporate and Employee related Tax matters.

- Assistance in drafting submissions, appeal with grounds and statement of facts, preparation of paper books, scrutiny assessment, stay of demand, release of refund, penalty proceedings, rectification etc.

- Impact analysis of law changes and judicial development.

- Liaising with Income Tax Authorities/Tax Advisors/Auditors/Internal stake holders.

Key Functional / Behavioural Competencies required:

- Working experience in handling Direct Tax compliances and litigation in a large manufacturing company preferably in a listed company.

- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.

- Candidates should be able to communicate with senior level management positions, confident and self-started and motivated.
