Job Description
- Define technical Solutions based on Project requirements for Vlocity Communication Cloud
- Own the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
- Responsible for implementing solutions that support business & Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
- Development of custom solutions and integrations.
- Review and Approval of technical Design.
- Participate in Client meetings and discussions
- Mentor the project team on technical aspects
- 6+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms specifically
- Hands-on design and Development of Lightning Web Components. .
- Velocity Communication Cloud Experience. . Hands-on Experience with Vlocity DataRaptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity OmniScript, VlocityDX, Vlocity Integration Procedures,
- Vlocity CPQ is preferred.
- Have the below Vlocity Certified Platform Developer & Salesforce Platform Developer 2
- Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
- Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
