Job Description

SAP FICO-Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP FICO Manager, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the SAP Finance and Controlling module.

Manage and oversee the SAP FICO team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Lead the planning and implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and translate them into SAP FICO functionalities.
Configure and maintain the SAP FICO module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
Ensure the integration of the FICO module with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
Develop and enforce best practices and controls within the SAP FICO environment.
Provide expert advice on SAP financial processes and systems to senior management.
Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage SAP FICO-related upgrades, enhancements, and system maintenance activities.
Lead the resolution of complex SAP FICO issues and provide support to end-users.

Experience

8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO.
Extensive experience with SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and support.
Ability to communicate complex SAP FICO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Competencies / Skills

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.

Education

Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
SAP FICO certification(preferred).
Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
