EY-Consulting - SAP Sourcing and Procurement Staff
The opportunity
We are looking for Staff level candidates with a good working experience in SAP HANA Material Management. As a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client s unique needs, one should be able to see the gap between where clients currently are and where they need to be. The candidate should have excellent problem solving skills.

Your key responsibilities:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SAP SAP Sourcing Procurement.
• Responsible for providing support SAP Sourcing Procurement module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Well versed with Sourcing Procurement process:
  • Material Management (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt, Vendor Payment)
  • Service Procurement (Service Entry Sheet- SES)
  • Contract Management (Value/Quantity Contract)
  • Stock Transfer Order (STO)
  • Master Data (LTMC, Migration Cockpit)
• Support incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions.
• Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
• Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.
• Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.
• Experience in MM integration points with other SAP modules like SD, FI, PP and PM.
• Experience in Defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP MM, Support incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions.
• Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
• Willing to work in night shifts.
