Data Maintenance Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Perform daily operational tasks related to maintaining employee data in SAP HR or Workday systems, including:

1. Job changes
2. Position moves
3. Reporting line adjustments
4. Organizational attribute updates (e.g., cost centres)
5. Org hierarchy maintenance

• ServiceNow Case Handling: Manage cases from ServiceNow involving employee lifecycle events (e.g., position changes, org updates) and process the necessary data adjustments within the HR systems.
• Training & Development: Participate in training programs, especially if transitioning from SAP HR to Workday data maintenance. Be open to continuous development and upskilling to meet evolving project needs.
• Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data integrity, ensuring compliance with client-specific guidelines, HR policies, and global data management protocols.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and the client to resolve issues, improve processes, and meet deadlines. Ensure clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data maintenance within SAP HR or Workday (Preference for SAP HR with willingness to learn Workday).
• Previous experience managing employee lifecycle events, such as job changes and organizational maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HR or Workday for employee data management. Experience using ServiceNow or similar case management systems to manage and resolve employee data issues.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Ability to identify data discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Problem Solving: Ability to manage complex data cases and deliver timely solutions within established SLAs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with both SAP HR and Workday.
• Previous experience in a managed services or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems in large, multinational organizations.
