SAT Ops Support

JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in data analytics and automation, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Python, and the Power Platform. The primary responsibility involves designing and automating data workflows, creating insightful dashboards, and performing advanced analytics to support forecasting and decision-making processes. A strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines is essential. Effective communication skills are required, as the role involves regular collaboration with senior business stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key business metrics
• Automate data processing workflows using Python and Power Platform tools to improve efficiency..
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in all reporting and analytics processes.

Eligibility:

• BTECH Computer science/MSC Computer Science

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for building low-code automation solutions.
• Expertise in working with large datasets and performing advanced data analytics to extract meaningful insights.
• Solid understanding of forecasting techniques and the ability to model project/hours-related data accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies and improve processes.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders and explain data-driven insights.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new organizational tools and technologies.
• Demonstrated team collaboration skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
