Job Description :

Technical PMO Manager with a focus on cloud data risk assessment, data center migration, and DevOps integration, specifically for Azure migration services.

- Cloud Data Risk Assessment: Oversee and manage data flow analysis to identify risks, compliance gaps, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

- Tokenization & Encryption: Advise on tokenization techniques and encryption methods to safeguard sensitive data during cloud operations.

- Data Center Migration: Manage migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions with no data loss; propose multiple migration strategies.

- Mitigation Plans for Data Loss: Develop effective mitigation plans to handle potential data loss during data center migration.

- DevOps Integration: Lead the integration of CI/CD practices, identifying system gaps, and implementing DevOps solutions.

- Azure DevOps Integration: Oversee the integration of Azure DevOps tools and pipelines, ensuring smooth workflow for development and operations.

- Azure Migration Services: Manage the full lifecycle of Azure migrations, ensuring best practices for configuration, scalability, and cost optimization.

- Risk Management: Establish and enforce risk management strategies to minimize risks during cloud migration and data handling.

- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance processes, compliance standards, and project management best practices.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively communicate progress, risks, and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, development, security) to drive project success.

- Project Planning & Monitoring: Create and maintain project timelines, dashboards, and reports, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and mitigate risks in cloud and DevOps processes.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide project managers and teams to optimize delivery performance and outcomes.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with cloud technologies, Azure migration services, and DevOps trends to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in cloud data management, data center migrations, and DevOps integration.

- Expertise in Azure, including migration services, DevOps practices, and risk mitigation.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc.).
