Role & responsibilities

• CASA NTB (Nos)

• Incremental CASA AMB Value (Through NTB Accounts) (Rs Lacs)

• Incremental Retail TD (Rs Lacs) (Through NTB + Mapped Book)

• LI + GI + MF - Net revenue (Rs lacs)

• Deepening : 2% MoM CASA Growth in mapped accounts

• Premium Debit Cards(NTB Acs) + Lockers (Nos)

• Asset referral - Fee Income (Rs Lacs)

• To ensure "nil" deviations in Audit/KYC/AML/Compliance norms

• Nil adverse Audit observations in Cash Txns/Branch daily operations/Daily Reporting

• Undergone the requisite training programs and certifications

• Activation of customers in digital channel (Internet, Mobile & Debit Card) (min 70% customers)

• Taking referral and ensuring product penetration through customer engagement

• To ensure Nil escalations/complaints pertaining to customer service

• Welcome calling and onboarding Customers (100%)
