- Develop and maintain relationships with local universities, colleges, and professional associations to identify future talent pipelines.
- Utilize market intelligence to understand local talent landscape and identify key skills required for regional banking roles.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans for each open position.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluations.
- Coordinate and facilitate in-person interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with the bank's overall business goals and workforce planning.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends in recruitment and propose innovative strategies to attract top talent.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish strong working relationships with all HR teams, business leaders, and hiring managers within the assigned region.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their specific talent needs and ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process of the Bank.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
