Time to time reviewing the PM Kits for the complete fleet of Equipment across HZL contract.
Forecasting of the major component replacement schedule based on the utilization of the machines.
Guiding the site planners on BPCS related activities on daily basis and keeping track in case of any deviations.
Commissioning of New Machines in the system and related activities.
Reporting the PM Compliance on monthly basis, Major component replacement compliance on quarterly basis, monthly consumption reports and daily breakdown dashboards with additional support requirement.
To continuously review the Contract performance to ensure that customer needs and wants are being met through services delivered and are aligned to those requirements.
Asset Optimization at sites is to be driven at a high level in active collaboration with Customer. You will identify waste practices that we are currently engaged in and look at bringing in efficiency improvements to replace them.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience hands on experience with MS office
SAP, BPCS, Scimilar user experienced
Certified in Workplace training assessing, Applied failure analysis
Exposure in planning shutdowns and larger projects with increased resources being introduced.
Ability to resource plans, objectives, resources for final maintenance outcomes
Understanding of a parts inventory system, Min, Max guidelines, COG s management
Knowledge of Contract Management.

Ability to create equipment backlog regimes, update and monitor
