About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow platform implementations, customizations, and integrations. This role is an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create efficient IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management.

- Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, including form design, workflows, and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms using REST, SOAP, and other web service protocols.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues and support ongoing maintenance.

- Create and maintain documentation for development work, configurations, and processes.

- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow platform usage.

Qualifications

- Experience : 6-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and custom applications.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP APIs).

- Experience with ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices (certification preferred).
