Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user needs.
• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on the most valuable features.
• User Stories: Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they are understood by the development team.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
• Product Vision: Assist in defining the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing process to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product features, requirements, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship Experience: Previous internship or project experience in product management or business analysis.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
• Technical Tools: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
