About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to lead and manage complex technical projects. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions within time, cost, and scope constraints. The role requires effective leadership, stakeholder management, and deep technical understanding to guide teams towards successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from concept through post-delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on project progress, risks, and changes. Align project objectives with business goals and technical requirements.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Monitor project milestones and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks or issues that could impact project timelines or quality. Implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Quality Control: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that the final product meets technical specifications and business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: BTech
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in managing technical projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, technical architecture, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in fast-paced environments.
