Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Plan workforce requirements in alignment with business goals.
  2. Strategic HR Leadership
    • Lead HR initiatives to align with the companys objectives and long-term strategy.
    • Formulate and implement HR policies, systems, and processes for operational excellence.
    • Drive organizational change management initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
  3. Performance Management & Development
    • Oversee the design and execution of performance appraisal systems.
    • Develop training and career development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
    • Identify high-potential employees and implement succession planning.
  4. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and conflicts.
    • Drive employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
    • Ensure a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns promptly and effectively.
  5. Compliance & Legal Affairs
    • Ensure HR operations comply with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
    • Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and other legal HR processes in a professional and compliant manner.
    • Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and update company practices accordingly.
  6. Compensation & Benefits Management
    • Design and oversee compensation structures, payroll processing, and incentive programs.
    • Benchmark compensation strategies to remain competitive within the industry.
    • Manage employee benefits and ensure adherence to company policies.
  7. Administration & Budget Management
    • Oversee HR department budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
    • Manage vendor relationships related to HR services, including recruitment agencies, payroll services, and training providers.
  8. HR Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for management review.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on HR metrics, including attrition, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
