Job Summary:

The Construction Engineer at the Project site is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of

the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out according to engineering designs and

specifications. This role involves working closely with the construction team to address technical

challenges and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Oversight: Ensure that all construction work is carried out according to

engineering designs and specifications.

  • Problem Solving: Address any technical challenges that arise during construction, providing

solutions to keep the project on track.


  • Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure they meet the required quality

standards.

  • Safety Management: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site, working closely

with the safety team to address any issues.

  • Coordination: Work closely with the Construction Manager and other team members to

ensure smooth project execution.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Construction Manager on technical progress and

challenges.

  • ROW Acquisition: Manage the acquisition of right-of-way (ROW) for projects, ensuring

timely and cost-effective procurement of land access rights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction engineering within the EPC sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge in construction engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with others.
  • Proficiency in engineering and construction management software.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certification in Construction Engineering
  • Certification in Quality and Safety Management

9. Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Senior Manager - Project Execution

Location: Project Site

Job Summary:

The Project Manager for the Project site is responsible for the comprehensive management of the

project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.

This role involves coordinating with the client, managing the project team, and overseeing all

aspects of the project from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage the project plan, including schedules, budgets, and

resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

  • Team Management: Lead the project team, providing direction, support, and performance

management to ensure project goals are met.


  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring that their

requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively.

  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensure financial discipline, and secure

project margins to achieve or exceed financial targets.

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage project cash flows to ensure liquidity and

financial health throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all project

deliverables meet the required standards.

  • Safety Management: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting

regular safety audits and addressing any issues promptly.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate

these risks, ensuring the project remains on track.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Senior Manager - Project

Execution, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and risks.

  • ROW Acquisition: Manage the acquisition of right-of-way (ROW) for projects, ensuring

timely and cost-effective procurement of land access rights.

  • Liaison with Authorities: Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and

regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.

  • Permit Management: Secure all necessary permits and approvals required for project

construction and operation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management within the EPC sector, with

specific experience in energy projects.

  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Certification in Quality and Safety Management
