Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and follow-up with candidates until they join the organization.
  
• Ensure timely processing of joining formalities including onboarding new employees.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or human resources management.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management or MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations).
  
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, leave management, attendance management systems.
