Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients to generate leads for real estate sales.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving client queries and concerns.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and preferences to upsell/cross-sell properties effectively.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into actual deals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or real estate sales.
  
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and can speak basic English (Marathi language proficiency an added advantage).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily targets.
  
• Ability in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
