Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm welcome.
  
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate records of office activities, meetings, and events using computer software or manual systems.
  
• Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and preparing reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in receptionist activities or related field (front desk management).
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent telephone operating abilities.
  
• Proficiency in computer operating and basic knowledge of office coordination procedures.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
