2.Proven experience in IT hiring .
3.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.°1.Ability to manage multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
2.Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
3.MBA in HR or a related field is preferred
4.Excellent communication skills.°
