Country Business Head - Saudi Arabia - FMCG/Personal Care & Beauty (15-30 yrs)

- The company is looking for a strategic business leader to drive its Saudi Arabia operations through a well-established distribution network and high-performing sales teams.-

- As the Country Business Head, you will be responsible for owning and driving the P&L for Saudi Arabia, leading the strategic direction, and ensuring revenue growth.

- You will manage one of the top distribution companies in Saudi Arabia while leading four Regional Sales Managers to drive execution excellence, market share growth, and commercial success. This role demands an FMCG industry expert with strong Saudi Arabia market experience, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Expansion:

- Develop and execute the country business strategy, ensuring alignment with overall global and regional objectives.-

- Identify growth opportunities across different sales channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, and e-commerce. Spearhead new product launches, category expansion, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Saudi Arabia.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and localization of products & marketing strategies in line with Saudi market trends.

P&L Ownership & Financial Performance:

- Own the full P&L for Saudi Arabia, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.

- Develop and monitor annual sales plans, budgets, and financial forecasts to drive profitability

- Optimize trade spends, promotional budgets, and operational efficiencies to maximize return on investment (ROI).- Work closely with finance teams to ensure effective cost control and margin improvements

- Sales & Distribution Excellence - Lead and manage one of the top distribution companies in Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless execution of sales & logistics

- Oversee a team of four Regional Sales Managers, driving their performance, coaching, and leadership development. departments.
