Role & responsibilities

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 1. Sale Invoice Processing:
• Handling the creation and processing of sale invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• E-Invoice and E-way bill generation.
• GST Compliance GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• 2. Credit and Debit Note:
• • Managing and processing credit/debit notes as needed in response to returns, adjustments, or disputes related to sales or purchases.
• 3. Purchase and Expenses Bill Booking:
• • Recording and processing purchase invoices and expense bills, including verifying details like amounts, taxes, and vendor kyc.
• 4. Knowledge of TDS/TCS:
• • Understanding Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) regulations and their application to billing, ensuring proper deductions and remittances.
• 5. Experience:
• • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the billing department, indicating proficiency in handling various billing and invoicing-related tasks.
• 6. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP

Preferred candidate profile Experienced in Minimum 3 years of experience in the same profile.

Knowledge of Tally SAP
