Assistant Manager Purchase

Role & responsibilities

• Planning and sourcing of raw materials (RM).
• Monitoring the daily indent file and releasing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Identification and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Conducting supplier visits and audits.
• Negotiating with suppliers for cost efficiency.
• Analyzing supplier lead times and performance metrics.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other QMS documentation requirements.
• Checking and approving supplier bills.
• Regular follow-ups to implement corrective actions and resolutions.
• Preparing MIS reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Job Location: Andheri (West), Near Lower Oshiwara Metro Station.
• Candidate with Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge of SAP B1 is must
• Exposure to Chemical / Lubricant / Auto Care / Automobile Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Purchase Order / Vendor Management / Supplier Audit / Inventory / Material Planning / Cost Efficiency / Raw Material Sourcing / Indent Monitoring / MIS Reporting / ISO Standards
• Candidate who can join immediately.
