Accounts Executive/Sr. Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• GSTR 1 preparation and return filing before due date
• GSTR 3B preparation and return filing before due date
• Provide the debtors outstanding to the management before the due date
• Sales reconciliation and tally synchronisation with the ERP
• JVs for the customers outstanding/adjustment
• Annual GST return filing GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C
• Support for yearly audit work
• Liaising with auditors for signing of all documents in coordination with the team
• TDS returns calculation and filing
• Mapping of vendor payments and receipts with the bank
• Any other jobs assigned as and when required

Preferred candidate profile

• Min. 3-4 Years of relevant experience as an accounts executive
• Should have a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
• Experience of working with Tally
• Advanced Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player
