Independently handling of accounts on TALLY ERP (9) upto finalisation. Work includes, but not limited to:
Preparing Purchase, Sales & Journal Book.
Maintain and update financial records using Tally software
Preparing Tax Invoice & Labour Invoice of Jewellery.
Preparing Official & Cash Related Voucher.
Controlling Petty Cash .
Controlling with Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
Maintain Debtors Report.
Preparing Stock Statement (Gold & Diamond Inward & Outward).
Follow up with Due payments.
Chasing Tally Entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal & Bank).
Online Payment (Professional Tax on Salary, TDS, ESIC, PF).
TDS, PT Record(Maintaining Excel Sheet)
Deposition of Cheque, Demand Draft, Pay Orders, & Office Expense Cheque Preparing.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Weekly & Monthly.
GST Related Work-Monthly GST Returns, (GSTR 3B, GSTR1) Working, Payment and Returns
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Auditing Related Quires Solve With CA

The incumbent should preferably be a B.com with 5-8 years of post qualification experience in various areas of a medium sized Company preferably in GEMS & JEWELRY manufacturing/Trading firm. He / She must possess sound knowledge in Accounting principles, Audits &Taxation.

Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
