Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc as assigned.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Proficiency with Excel and MS Word
Ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
Good time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
