Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all HODs to ensure smooth production with optimum cost
• Should have a sound knowledge of Aerosol Pakaging.
• To submit MIS reports to Directors on a daily basis
• Able to make decisions in order to ensure successful plant operations
• To coordinate with outside agencies or vendors for repair & maintenance work
• Maintain & advise on the use & disposition of stock items and surplus items.
• Consult with the Maintenance supervisor on any technical issues.
• Able to make quotation finalization
• Monitor & record utility consumption & assist Maint dept in maintaining efficiency.
• Should have good knowledge of capex & opex items
• Maintain history card of all items
• Provide supervision & leadership to fellow employees to get out best productivity
• Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in the organization
• To manage scrap management in a proper manner.
• To ensure the security of plant, machinery & manpower.
• To look after minimizing the loss factor & increase the production yield
• To provide various important training to all staff & workers on regular basis
• Able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner
• To look after all govt liaisoning works
• Ensure to fulfill all factory rules & regulations
• Adherence & compliance with ISO guidelines
• To check the quality of man & machinery entering to plant procured by the organization
• To obtain a thorough knowledge of firefighting equipment
• To minimize Over Time & maximize production output.

Purpose:

• To ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment & all activities
• To ensure 100% availability of machinery for plant operation
• To ensure completion of all projects in the proper time frame.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidates have a Minimum of 13 - 15 years of experience.

2. Should experienced working in manufacturing and Chemical industry.
