Executive / Sr. Executive Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports, general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions.
• Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
• Prepare and reconcile all GST returns like GSTR1, GSTR3, etc.
• Maintain cash book, Bank Payment and Bank Reconciliation.
• Maintaining Accounting Entries in Software for all Expenses Vouchers.
• Follow up with Vendors for Balance confirmation.
• Scrap Bills, Purchase Bills and its Accounting.
• Inventory updating and Product Costing.
• Financial MIS and making provisions on Monthly basis.

Education and Training Required:

• Graduate (B. Com/M. Com) / MBA
• English communication skills
• Proficient in Computers (MARG, Excel, SAP).
