Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in international freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation within the logistics and shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals from domestic sales teams.
Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Achievement : Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals to achieve individual and regional team targets.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using Salesforce.
Must-Have Skills:
Industry Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client acquisition and revenue generation within the international freight forwarding sector.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications :
