HR Officer - Administration

Role & responsibilities

• Be actively involved in managing attendance and payroll of all the employees.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Involved in managing employee benefits and other welfare activities of employees.
• Drive Training & Development programs of workers and ensure their skill development.
• Trainee and contract labor recruitment.
• Strictly following company policies and procedures
• Work in various compliance portals especially on PF and ESIC.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate, having min 4-6 years of experience in HR (Personnel Department) activities from manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Knowledge of TS / ISO documentation, processes etc.
• Should have on hand experience of computers word, Excel, power point
• Should have good experience in attendance and payroll procedures.
• Good experience in contract labour management.
• Good experience in Training & Development activities.
• Good knowledge in working various compliance portals especially on PF and ESIC.
• Basic knowledge in drafting letters and notices.
